Plans change. Text or call us and we'll move your booking to a time that works, at no charge. Missed your drop-off? Your booking stays good. Just reschedule.
No refunds for cancellations or no-shows
Bookings aren't refundable once paid. You agree to this at checkout.
Not happy with the detail?
Not right? The shop redoes it free. Can't be fixed? Full refund. Tell us within 24 hours of pickup.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Banks usually post them within 5–10 business days.
