What we collect

Your name, mobile number, email, vehicle type, the city and drop-off time you pick, and any notes about your booking. If you type your number into the booking form but don't finish, we keep the number so we can follow up about that booking.

Why we collect it

• To book your detail and text you the shop address and updates.
• To send receipts and sort out anything that goes wrong.
• To share what the partner shop needs to do your car — your name, number, vehicle and drop-off time. Nothing more.

Payments

Stripe processes all payments. We never see or store your full card number.

Website analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site (clicks, scrolling and session recordings) and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure our ads. Both use cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Texts

We text you about your booking. If you start a booking and don't finish, we may text you once about it. Reply STOP any time and we won't text you again.

We don't sell your data

We never sell or rent your information.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your booking and for our business and tax records.
